Important rules and regulations for scholarship examination
Important Notice
All candidates must read and understand these rules carefully before appearing for the scholarship examination. Violation of any rule may result in disqualification.
Eligibility Rules
Academic Eligibility:
- Minimum 60% marks in previous class
- Regular student of recognized board
- No backlogs or pending subjects
- Age limit as per standard requirements
Financial Eligibility:
- Family income below ₹5 lakhs per annum
- Income certificate required
- Priority to economically weaker sections
- Valid bank account details required
Examination Rules
Before the Exam:
- • Report to exam center 30 minutes before exam time
- • Carry valid admit card and photo ID proof
- • Mobile phones and electronic devices are strictly prohibited
- • Only blue/black pen allowed for writing
- • Calculators, books, and notes are not permitted
During the Exam:
- • Follow all instructions given by invigilators
- • Fill OMR sheet carefully with correct details
- • Use only the provided OMR sheet and question paper
- • No talking or communication with other candidates
- • Raise hand if you need assistance from invigilator
After the Exam:
- • Submit OMR sheet and question paper before leaving
- • Do not take any exam material outside the hall
- • Wait for official results announcement
- • Results will be published on institute website
- • No individual result queries will be entertained

- • Calculators
- • Smart watches
- • Bluetooth devices
- • Tablets/iPads
Study Materials:
- • Books and notebooks
- • Printed notes
- • Formula sheets
- • Question banks
- • Reference materials
Other Items:
- • Food and beverages
- • Bags and purses
- • Jewelry (except wedding rings)
- • Caps and hats
- • Any suspicious items
Disciplinary Actions
The following actions may result in disqualification:
- • Carrying prohibited items to exam hall
- • Attempting to copy or help others copy
- • Creating disturbance during examination
- • Misbehaving with invigilators or staff
- • Submitting false information in application
- • Using unfair means during examination
- • Damaging exam property or materials
- • Leaving exam hall without permission
- • Impersonation or identity fraud
- • Any other misconduct as deemed by authorities
